Do You Want the Law of Attraction To Work for You? … Then Do This !

The Secret is Fake!”

Every now and then, some commentators dismiss the message of the popular #1 bestseller movie and the book ‘The Secret’. They say that it’s merely “…a rehash of positive thinking.” Sure, the Law of Attraction does involve you thinking positively however, it’s a lot more than that… much, much more.

The mistake here is thinking that the Law of Attraction requires only that you ‘think’ and everything miraculously happens.  Action is a key part of the Law of Attraction but somehow that gets overlooked.

One reason for this could be that some teachers featured in the Secret movie seemed to gloss over the subject of taking action. It may even have been edited from parts of the film.

Make no mistake, taking action is a part of the Law of Attraction that can’t be skipped.

As the late Jim Rohn once said:

“Affirmation without discipline is the beginning of delusion.”

Steps to Apply The Law of Attraction

Being clear about what you desire is an important first step. Although a very important step; it is by no means the only step. (the WHAT)

Knowing and Feeling what it’s like to already have what you desire is the next step. (the WHY)

Taking some action toward what you desire is the following step. (the HOW) You don’t have to have the actions planned out, but you must take some action.

Three Legs of a Stool?

Think of WHY, WHAT and HOW as being three legs of a stool.

Which leg do you think is more important out of the three?

The truth is that they’re all equally important.

Each one has value by itself, but together they fulfill their purpose in perfect harmony.

There’s no doubt that certain good things enter our lives without us exerting any particular effort. However, so do some unpleasant situations.

When you align your energy and send clear, consistent  messages to the Universe,  you increase your positive vibrations and attract what you want – and you attract it faster. This is not to say that you did nothing though; you just didn’t do it consciously or deliberately. You still took action.

There’s a great Quaker proverb that says…

When you pray, move your feet!”

Simplified it means … TAKE ACTION.

Does It Really Work?

The Law of Attraction works! You don’t need to believe in it for it to work… any more than you need to believe in gravity to keep from floating off into space. Universal laws work whether you believe them or not.

Do you want the Law of Attraction to work for you and deliver the life-changing results you desire (as opposed to some random results)?

You know what to do.

Take action!
