The Law of Attraction says that what you focus your attention on will become manifest into your reality. If you are seriously desiring to improve your health, it is very possible with the principles I will show you here. The principles of attracting what you want are easy to learn. By doing these things on a daily basis, you can make major improvements in your health.
- You can reprogram your mind using imagery. Since the cells of your body are made up of energy, by working with energy in your mind, you can make changes in your body. Imagery is thinking in terms of pictures. Remember a picture of you in glorious health and use the memory of that as the picture you want to use in this exercise.
- You reprogram your mind better when you use emotions. Your feelings are an indication of what type of energy you are sending out to the universe, which only reflects back to you what you send out. The picture you have of health probably has good feelings attached to it, so you remember what it FEELS like to be in good health. I know its hard to think good thoughts when you’re hurting, but it is the good feelings that makes the Law of Attraction work the way you want it to. Bad feelings only attract more bad energy.
- Visualization is the technique to put things together. Some people are able to “see” in their mind’s eye what they want to picture, other people “talk” the picture. Either way is correct. You want to be able to think about and focus on what you are wanting to experience. Thinking about it just isn’t enough. You have to repeat your pictures and emotion often enough to create waves of energy that will attract similar energy to return to you.
- Make a movie of your desire. Sometimes it is hard to concentrate on several ideas at the same time, which makes focusing your attention difficult. If you make a movie in your mind, with you as the star, you can add in all the things that you are wanting to attract. See your slimmer body walking with ease as you get to the tennis court and playing a great game of tennis or golf or whatever you wish to do. See yourself eating healthier food and becoming excited because you are losing weight. Add into your movie everything that you would like to accomplish. Make your movie as if it is already happening. Your subconscious mind likes to be right, so will accept what you focus on as real, and goes to work to prove that it is true.
